How to Claim a Replacement
- Act Immediately - Report within 24 hours of purchase. Late claims cannot be processed.
- Do Not Share the Key - Once shared, claims cannot be verified.
- Screenshot the Error - Take a clear screenshot showing the exact error message from the platform (Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, etc.).
- Email Support - Send to support@gamegiftcard.co with your order number and screenshot.
- Await Verification - We verify the key status with our suppliers (24-48 hours).
- Receive Replacement - If verified as invalid, you receive a replacement key. No cash refunds.
Remember: NO CASH REFUNDS
